What this site is

This website is informational. It describes Fairway Sips — order, dispatch and routing software for on-course food & beverage — and lets golf courses request a pilot. Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, and any actual pilot or service is governed by a separate written agreement between Fairway Sips and the course.

Figures and forward-looking statements

Numbers on this site (such as the +10–20% revenue-lift target) are modeled targets and category benchmarks, not results achieved on a live course, and are not a guarantee of performance. They describe what a pilot is designed to validate.

Alcohol

Fairway Sips is a software provider. It does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol. Any alcohol sales described on this site are made by the golf course under its own liquor license, as seller of record, through its own staff, in accordance with applicable law.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove content at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairway Sips is not liable for damages arising from use of this site.
