Tap. Sip.Swing.
Meet Fairway Sips — premium F&B, run out to every tee.
The hospitality platform for golf courses. Golfers order from the fairway; your team delivers to their next tee. Drinks lead the way — the experience is why they stay. Make your course a place people don't want to leave.
The whole course, in their pocket.

One cart. Eighteen holes. Most of the course never gets reached.
The product

Tap. Done.
A QR code on the cart, the scorecard, the tee marker drops golfers straight into the app — beer, snacks and cocktails in a few taps.
Their drink, their way.
A real cocktail builder — spirit, brand, mixers, extras — with live pricing by spirit tier. Upsell baked into the order.
Waiting at the next tee.
Live GPS dispatch routes the cart to the golfer's next tee box. Their forward motion is the delivery — play never slows.
It's hole 9. You could've had 9 drinks by now.
Order ahead.
Spot the halfway house from the 7th fairway? Your order's already poured when you walk up. No line, no wait, no warm beer.
Slow round? Might as well sip.
The group ahead is reading putts like tax law. Order from the tee box — it meets you before your next swing.
Lost balls, found sleeve.
Three in the water on 11? A fresh sleeve — and something stronger — delivered to hole 12. The course runs it out to you.
Scan. Order. Sip.
The QR on the cart or scorecard drops you straight into the app — order in seconds, live tracking till it lands at your tee.

Three moves. The course keeps everything.
The golfer orders
From anywhere on the course, by phone. QR on the cart, straight into the app — drinks, food, even a fresh sleeve of balls. Hole auto-detected by GPS, so the course knows exactly where they'll be.
The runner delivers
Your own crew, routed by our dispatch engine to the golfer's next tee. ID checked at handoff, same as the cart today. Their forward motion is the delivery.
The course cashes out
Your license, your sale, 100% of the revenue. You stay seller of record and keep every dollar — we charge for the software, only when it sells you more.
Hospitality that makes green fees worth more.
Eighty percent of a round, your golfers can't buy anything — that's revenue leaking on every fairway. Fairway Sips turns the whole course into your dining room — drinks first, then food, gear and pro-shop runs. Orders keep pace of play moving instead of stalling it, and a dashboard shows revenue per round climbing live.
- You keep the license, the sale, and the cash.
- Spirit-tier pricing turns one drink into a bigger ticket.
- Zero cost to start. We earn only when you sell more.
- Pace of play protected — delivery meets the group, never holds it.

Every un-ordered drink is money left on the course.
A modeled estimate, not a promise — the free pilot puts the real number on your dashboard.
Prove it on my course →It tells them before they ask.
Live Activity on the lock screen — order received, drink poured, on the way to your tee. The golfer never wonders where it is.
- Real-time status, right on the lock screen.
- "Dropped at your tee" — and it's there.

One plan. It starts free.
No hardware, no setup fee, no contract. You keep 100% of every sale — we charge for the software only once it's selling you more.
- QR kits for carts, tees and scorecards — we print, you place.
- Dispatch app for your crew, menu and cocktail builder set up for you.
- Live dashboard — watch F&B per round move from day one.
- Your license, your crew, your cash — 100% of sales stay yours.
- Still 100% of drink revenue — you stay seller of record.
- Priced to your rounds, season length and cart setup — not a flat rack rate.
- No lift, no fee — if the numbers aren't there, you owe nothing.
- Cancel anytime. The QR codes peel off; the revenue habit won't.
SCORECARD MATH — the pilot is the proof. We put the lift on your dashboard before we put a fee on your desk.
The questions every GM asks.
Straight answers — the same ones we'll give you on a call.
Who actually runs the deliveries — do I need more staff?
Your cart, your crew, smarter loop. The same attendant who drives your bev cart today runs the orders — our dispatch just tells them where to be and when, so the loop follows demand instead of a fixed circuit. No new headcount is required to pilot.
What happens to our liquor license?
Nothing. Your course keeps its license, stays the seller of record, and keeps the funds — exactly as with your bev cart today. Fairway Sips is the order, dispatch and routing software; we never sell, serve, or touch alcohol money.
How do you handle ID checks on hole 8?
The same way you do now — your staff checks at handoff. Every alcohol order is handed off by your attendant, who verifies ID in person, and the runner flow builds that check into the handoff step. Delivery to a tee box doesn't skip the check; it just moves where it happens.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free — no hardware to buy, no setup fee, no contract. You keep 100% of drink revenue, during the pilot and after. We charge for the software, and only when it's selling you more. If the lift isn't there, you owe us nothing and we part friends.
Does it need to plug into our POS?
Not to start. The pilot runs standalone: orders come in through Fairway Sips, your team fulfills them, and sales settle through your existing till flow. No POS surgery, no IT project — QR codes on the course and a phone or tablet for your crew.
What about insurance and liability?
Nothing changes about who serves. Your licensed staff pour, carry, and hand off every drink under your existing license and coverage — the same duties they perform on the cart today. We supply routing software, not service staff, so your current compliance posture carries over.
More F&B revenue per round.
That's the target — and we'll prove it on your course, free. One pilot, your crew, your license, real numbers. If the lift isn't there, you owe us nothing.
Request received. That's a gimme.
